Adjacent to the recreational area of the memorial natural complex "Park Pobiedy" (Victory Park).
The area is located on the reserved territory of the Victory Park on the Poklonnaya Gora, on the bank of the Setun river, in the north-west, across Poklonnaya Gora Street, the area borders on the territory of the economical zone of Victory Park complex; in the south-east it overlooks an open space area of a high bank of Setun River: its flood plain is crossed by a branch railway where Kievskaya-Tovarnaya station is located. In the south-west, the area borders on the territory selected for construction of a Music Theater; on the north-west a residential area of Kutuzovskiy Prospekt with nine and five-storey buildings is situated.
The relief has precipitous (6 to 10 meters) descents to the railway, which makes it possible to organize terracing of the main planned units of the complex. The superstructure of the complex has a variable height (2 to 5 storeys) in accordance with the materials of the visual landscape analysis.
