Moscow city technopark "NAGATINO-ZIL"

General information

According to the Moscow Government regulations of № 792 of 23.09.03 and № 839 of 25.10.05 it is assumed to construct within 5 stages NAGATINO-ZIL Moscow municipal technological park. The total site is 862000 square meters. The total plot area makes 32,1498 ha.

The construction start - 2005, the final completion - 2011.

The project is carried out within the framework of the complex program for small business support and development in Moscow.

The Department for support and development of small business in Moscow controls the realization of the project.

Site location

The technopark’s territory is located in the Southern administrative district of Moscow, in the municipal area "Danilovsky", at address: Moscow, the western part of Nagatino flood-lands.

Site location:

• in 100 m from Andropov Avenue - one of the main traffic arteries of the city;
• about 1, 9 km from the Third traffic ring-road - one of the main traffic ring- roads of Moscow, which links various administrative districts;
• in 4, 5 km from the Garden ring - also one of the main traffic ring-roads of the Moscow center;
• in 7 km south-eastwardly from the Kremlin, on a bend of the Moscow River.
