Construction of an aqua park is carried out on the 4-th site. The complex will include some pools with waterslides and attractions, restaurants, cafes, trading galleries. The aqua park is connected with a mooring on the Moscva River.
The second component of the given project is a 30-storeyed building of five-stars hotel on a six-storied pedestal of a public zone which will consist of a restaurant complex, trading gallery, a fitness - center, a billiard hall and a night club, and also elements of a business infrastructure.
The customer - builder is Closed Joint-Stock Company «AQUA CITY PALACE».
The author of the project is architect Giovanni Korradetti.
