-15-storeyed office complex on the first three floors of which halls, trading premises, security service and cafes, the fitness - center, a bar, a beauty salon will be situated. On the ninth floor the conference hall is situated, a restaurant and a viewing platform are located on the tenth floor. The top floors of a complex are intended for offices.
A through atrium is located on 9-26 floors.
