The central Nucleus is located on sites 6, 7 and 8. The two-story ring detour is constructed around it. The complex includes ground and underground parts.

Underground part: On the bottom circle the station "International" which becomes central transit unit of the underground, uniting two lines of Moscow underground and a line «mini-metro» is placed. Besides, the complex will be connected by rapid transport system (RTS) with airports "Sheremetyevo" and "Vnukovo".

Automobile parkings and technical premises occupy the following three levels. The common public space with a trading zone, and also the halls of underground, foot zones and transitions in the buildings located on the next sites is situated above.

The ground part includes the hotel which is being built on the site 8a, a trading - entertaining complex - on sites 86 and 7, and a concert hall, capacity about 6000 persons - on site 6.

The building of the hotel is under construction due to the involved means and consists of five ladder and lift blocks connecting elevated floors with underground parkings and trading enterprises.

Apartments, restaurants, winter gardens, terraces, and also technical and auxiliary premises will be here. The volume of capital investments will make 50 - 55 million dollars.

The trading - entertaining complex is located in the central part and is divided into four zones corresponding to seasons. The main recreational space is covered with a glass dome. A park, a skating ring, expocentre, trading and entertaining premises, galleries, restaurants and cafe will be situated in the complex.

The concert hall has the round form and is designed for carrying out significant entertainment activities, gala concerts, forums, mass celebrations, etc. It has a transforming scenic part, opened if necessary. The volume of capital investments will make 120 - 140 million dollars.
