The complex «City of capitals», symbolizing Moscow and Saint Petersburg, is situated on the 9th site. The project includes two multi-storey towers (62 and 73 floors) and a 16-storeyed dome building with atrium. The entire complex is located on the single podium consisting of 4-6-storey underground part and 1-3 level of elevated public space.
Galleries of shops, the fitness - center, presentation halls, restaurants will be situated in the elevated part of the podium. From 4 to 17 floors office premises will be situated, apartments will be placed in the top parts of towers.
The customer - builder is Holding «Capital Group».
The architect of the project is Eric van Egeraat.
