The complex «The towåć on the quay» is under construction on the 10th site.
The given project includes three buildings with different number of storeys (17, 27 and 56 floors).
In October 2004 the small 17-storeyed tower was finished. In November 2005 it is planned to put into operation the second 27-storeyed building. The construction of the third skyscraper will begin in September 2005.
All three towers are located above four underground floors. Plaza at a level of the ground floor and a trading mall unite them in a single whole.
Office premises of class "A" will be placed in the complex, the small part, including one underground floor, will be given for retail trade, including cafeterias, a supermarket, shops and banks. On other underground floors automobile parkings will be placed.
The customer - builder is City Center Investment B.V. (affiliated company of Turkish civil engineering firm Enka).
