The construction of the complex is planned on 15 site of MIBC "Moscow -city".
The project will consist of four 70-storeyed towers incorporated in the top parts by four horizontal eight-story "bridges", and also "tied up" by twenty "bridges" with the height of a floor in every eighth floor.
Each circle of horizontal bridges has a winter garden on the maintained roof. Rooms of towers are grouped around of communication "nucleus" which include evacuation ladders, high-speed passenger and goods lifts, channels of engineering communications, technical rooms.
Each communication “nucleus” ends with a helicopter platform.
The investment part, for accommodation of public, entertaining and commercial and business functions is stipulated in the complex.
The customer - builder is Open Joint-stock Company "MOSCAPSTROY".
