|
The concept of the project
Moscow International Business Center (MIBC) Moskva-City is the largest investment and construction project in Russia and in Europe for today.
Realization of the project MIBC Moskva-City will create conditions for Moscow to become the center of business activity, will allow to provide a more effective utilization of city territories, will raise the market cost of the land areas of the city, will lead to the increase in tax revenues to the city treasury.
Fit the given stage in the territory of MIBC trading-foot bridge Bagration (in 1997) and 34-storey office complex. The Òîwer 2000 (in 2001) incorporating office rooms of class A and the areas intended for entertainment and leisure are already constructed and put into operation. The JSC City acted as the customer at construction of these objects.
The construction of an underground part of the Central Nucleus and the first skyscraper in a complex Tower on the Quay was also completed. The first turn of the independent gas-turbine thermal power stations is constructed and equipped.
As a whole successful first-order realization of project MIBC Moskva-City has allowed to consider prospects of the further development of the business area. In this connection the borders of the territory of so-called Big City adjoining to MIBC Moskva-City from the north are already determined. Its area is about 500 ha.
The description of the project
The construction of Moscow International Business Center Moskva-City runs on Krasnopresnenskaya Quay, on the territory with the total area of 100 ha from which 60 ha is a site for a new building.
