I am glad to welcome our old foreign partners in investment cooperation as well as investors and developers who are coming today to the Moscow market.

Economic and investment potential of present-day Moscow is in the stage of stable growth. In many respects, it is a result of active and consistent policy being realized by Moscow government, which is focused on providing of dynamical and stable city economy development, creation of special conditions for effective work of capital enterprises, improvement of business and investment climate in the metropolis.

At present Moscow is the only subject of the Russian Federation, which has rating of long-term obligations on the investment category level given by three leading rating agencies - Standart&Poor’s, Fitch Ratings, Moody’s.

Moscow government plans to realize a number of large-scale projects, aimed on further development and modernization of capital enterprises, on transformation of our metropolis into business, tourism, sport and cultural center of world level.

We base our work on principles of city openness to investments and creation of equal status both for local and foreign investors.

As one of the most perspective directions in our joint work we see state-private partnership which demonstrate its high efficiency and essentiality in such areas like development of city infrastructure and providing with public utilities.

The great attention in the city is focused on ensuring of ecological safety, enhancement of city environment and development of environmental activity system.

In the central historical part of the city will be realized great plan of creation of "Golden Ring of Moscow" - territory, designed for active, cognitive rest and leisure of citizens and visitors of our capital.

On the land, exempted from some industrial enterprises in result of their transfer from central part of the city, modern centers of support for small and middle scale enterprises -"business incubators" are being created.
